We engaged with Netdocs 18 months ago with regards to a project regarding the digitisation of 17,000 sensitive employee records for the RNLI.

From the outset, the project was exceptionally organized and well-managed, with scheduled collections that made the process seamless. Our dedicated Netdocs contact was instrumental in keeping all parties informed at every stage—providing updates on file collections, scanning progress, and addressing any escalations swiftly and efficiently.

Throughout the six-month scanning activity, we encountered no data protection issues, and the quality of the scanning was outstanding. The application for viewing our digitised records was user-friendly, with access, accounts, and permissions continuously reviewed and updated to meet our needs. There was nothing that was too much trouble and Netdocs were readily available for updates.

Additionally, we had a new requirement from our stakeholders to extract a significant amount of key medical information from our paper records. Netdocs responded quickly and effectively, providing a tailored solution that met our needs in extracting the information required. Their communication throughout this process was excellent, and they delivered the extracted information on time, to a high quality and meant we were able to satisfy our reporting requirements.

Overall, our collaboration with Netdocs was a resounding success, marked by professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to quality.
